Products
Distrance.com sells physical products, including the Race Bib Memory Journal and related goods. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are shown on each product page.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment processing is provided by MakeCommerce / Maksekeskus AS and other payment service providers available in the checkout.
An order is considered confirmed after the payment has been successfully completed.
Order processing
After receiving the order and payment, we will process the order as soon as possible. If there are any issues with the order, we will contact the customer using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address or parcel locker selected or provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information, including phone number and parcel locker details when required.

Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless the product is custom-made, personalised, used, damaged, or otherwise excluded by applicable law.

Returned products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
