Shipping Policy

We deliver orders to Latvia, the Baltics, Europe, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:
Latvia: 1–3 business days
Baltics: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

For Latvia and the Baltics, orders may be delivered to a parcel locker or delivery address, depending on the selected shipping method. If parcel locker selection is not available at checkout, the customer may be asked to provide the preferred Omniva or DPD parcel locker in the order notes or address details.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including phone number, address, and parcel locker details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers, customs procedures, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our control.
