Refund Policy

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returned products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for return, unless defective.
